PAYMENT 

PAAGOWORKS international online store currently accepts:

・Visa
・Mastercard
・American Express

Customers can only make payment through Square.
Currency of payment is Japanese yen.

 

TAX 

For international payment:

Shipment to countries other than Japan may be subject to those countries’ tariffs, duties, and value-added tax. These costs are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges on the online store.

For payment in Japan:
It will be charge 10% of Japanese tax, shipping fee and bank transfer fee. The order will automatically be cancelled if you do not pay until 3 days passed after the order.

SHIPPING 

For international shipping:

Delivery will be processed within 7 business days from the receipt of payment.

PAAGOWORKS international online store currently uses EMS of JAPAN POST or FedEx for shipping. (Please note that the shipping method may change without prior notification.) An email will be sent via online store@paagoworks.com with the tracking number for each shipment.

The customers shall bear all shipping fees for items purchased through our online store. The shipping fee is calculated by the package weight and destination, which can be confirmed by clicking the Calculate Shipping button from the shopping cart. It includes insurance service fee based on EMS rules. Claim amount under 20,000JPY is free of charge. And it upgrades the claim amount of by paying 50JPY for each 20,000JPY.

For domestic shipping:
Delivery will be processed within 3 business days from the receipt of payment.
Domestic shipping PAAGOWORKS currently uses ヤマト運輸 for shipping. ( You can use Nekopos service for small parcels charges ¥330.)
An email will be sent via online store at paagoworks.com with the tracking number for each shipment.
The shipping fee in Japan other than Okinawa area is ¥756 with tax.
The shipping fee for Okinawa area is 1500 with tax.
Free shipping orders over 10800.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Orders are not processed at our warehouse on the following holidays:
New Year’s holidays
O-bon summer holidays
Japanese national holidays
Temporary closed days

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel and apply for refund only if the delivery has not been processed. Please send an email to info@paagoworks.com with your order number to cancel your order. You cannot cancel once the delivery has been processed. See the Return and Exchange Policy if you want to make a refund after the product has been delivered.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

PAAGOWORKS is proud of the products we manufacture, and we make sure that they are of high quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days. (7 days for domestic shipping) Any free gift that you received along with your purchase must be returned as well, otherwise we will not issue the refund or exchange.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. PAAGOWORKS will only accept unused products in their original condition with the tags still attached.
2. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. For international shipping, we will accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date.For shipping in Japan, we will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the date of shipment.
4. Refunds will only be made using the same method of payment used during the original purchase. You will be refunded in full for the items that you have paid, but you will be responsible for shipping and insurance charges.
5. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. (There may be a delay during peak seasons and sales.)

Return and Exchange Method:

  2. Pack with the original invoice or packing list.
  3. Items must be returned with everything that was included in the original shipping.
  4. Shipping fee will be borne by the customers.
  5. Mail the items to be returned and the original invoice to the following return address.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be made using the same method of payment used during the original purchase. You will be refunded in full for the items that you have paid, but you will be responsible for shipping and insurance charges. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. (There may be a delay during peak seasons and sales.)

REPAIR POLICY

We provide free repair services within one year of purchase (excluding shipping fee). We will charge customers with a fair price for repair work after one year.

  1. Please send an email to info@paagoworks.com for inquiries. https://www.paagoworks.com/en/pages/contact To ensure smooth communication, attach a photo of the area to be repaired as well.
  2. The repair usually takes about three weeks after we receive the goods, but please note that there may be a slight delay during peak seasons.
  3. Please wash the items to be repaired before shipping them.

WARRANTY

Only initial problems can be repaired for free and with free shipping. Please send an email to info@paagoworks.com with your order number.

We are not responsible for items purchased through second-hand sales or issues caused by deterioration over time, inappropriate uses and unauthorized modifications or repairs.
